Visiting this website
- This website uses only functional cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other parties: the fonts and images come from this website itself.
- The one cookie is called thema. It is only set when you choose light or dark with the button in the menu, holds nothing but that choice, is kept for one year and is never shared with anyone. Choose Follow system setting, or clear the cookies in your browser, and it is gone.
- Like any web server, the server logs the IP address, the time and the page that was requested. My hosting provider, Strato AG (Germany), keeps those logs to keep the server secure and running. I have accepted Strato’s data processing agreement.
- There is no form on this website, so nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
When you email or call me
I use your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write to answer you and, if you become a customer, to carry out the work and send invoices. Basis: taking steps at your request before an agreement and carrying out an agreement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, for the administration, a legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- My mailbox is a regular Gmail account (Google LLC, United States), so the email you send me is stored by Google there. I have no data processing agreement with Google for it.
- I keep correspondence as long as I need it to answer you or to carry out the work, and invoices and the administration for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
- I do not sell personal data, and I do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (art. 15–22 GDPR). Email me and I will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl (opens in a new tab).
