Terms and conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Lothurr is a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42177491, VAT number NL005560665B74, at Esdoornlaan 63, 2231 XV Rijnsburg, The Netherlands.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and agreement in which Lothurr (“I”) delivers services, such as developing websites, web applications, software and AI applications, advice and brokering, to a customer. I do not accept deviating terms of the customer unless I have agreed to them in writing.
2. Offers and agreements
An offer states what will be delivered, the price and the expected timing. An agreement exists once the customer has accepted the offer in writing (email is enough) or once I have started the work at the customer’s request.
3. Carrying out the work
I carry out the work with care and to the best of my ability. The customer provides the information and access I need in good time. If the scope changes, you and I agree on the consequences for price and timing before the changed work starts.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Invoices state the VAT regime that applies to the customer, including reverse charge for businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number. The payment term is stated on the invoice.
5. Complaints
If the customer thinks something has not been delivered as agreed, they tell me by email as soon as possible, with a description. I will respond to a complaint within a reasonable time and you and I look for a solution together.
6. Personal data
How I handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.
7. Consumers
If the customer is a consumer, these terms do not take away the rights that mandatory consumer law gives them.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement with Lothurr. A dispute is submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory rules that give a consumer the right to go to the court in their own country.
